Do Indian IT companies consider a 5-day overlap in employment as a serious issue or red flag?

Friends I joined here this month salary is credited today, but pf is not credited, Infact my details are not present in epfo portal.

This is my first salary in this company.

Please suggest any thing to worry here?

My joining is in 28th December, I have not received any email like Pre-joining session email or Joining date confirmation email, neither anyone called me for delay joining. Am I only one in the situation? When I can expect anything from tcs?.
