My Joining date was on 5th Dec, but didn't the onboarding mail, On 2nd Dec I was my BGC scheduled and they asked for my degree certificate, On 5th Dec 2022 I got the link from verification team where I uploaded my address proof.

But will they still onboard me, as my joining date is already passed, My recruiter is not responding my mails. Pls let me know

But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
on Ionboard portal I can see the 50% process has beed completed.
Is this a normal process in HCL ?

As iam fresher ,i joined tcs 6 months back from mechanical engineering background,till now iam in bench .I done 6 month software development course .Iam good in front-end(html,css and javascript),sql and java .Iam currently learning reactJS .But my RMG is not looking my skills,she telling me to take mechanical related projects in TCS.When i go for asking project ,they told work in non-IT. please suggest solution for this.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.


Anyone please advise.

Tcs Hr has said to me that you will receive welcome mail by today EOD. What time frame I can expect the mail.

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Why is this unprofessional and unethical behaviour?

Hi All, just sharing what on mind to vent it out from my system. Maybe with this I could gain some insights and inspiration.
I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.

I have already uploaded COC Application onto EPFO portal after verification from TCS compliance team and now status shows as waiting for employer’s approval.
Does anyone has idea how long more will it take to complete this and what are the next step?
