Hi guys! Question about intuition here.

Sometimes you think of an idea or concept, and you just know. You know it's great, you know it could be groundbreaking. However, "just knowing" obviously isn't good enough of a reason to convince the client. I'm a junior, so maybe this is something that will come with experience. But how do you find the words to substantiate this feeling? Is it reasoning backwards? Is it working together with a great strategist? How do you sell it? Fire away!

I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

I have 7 YOE and applied for a position that is L4. I feel as if I’m overqualified for the position, but the Recruiter told me that when they say L4, they are actually looking for someone with 6+ years of experience. Is this true? I feel like I should be looking at L5 with my experience

I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. Is the hiring at Google going freeze due to upcoming recession? If anybody else faced similar issues, please let me know. Also advise what should I do ?
