Those living in high-rises - are your pools open? And if so, are they allowing guests, or limited to residents only. Trying to make a case to my building up in Old Town.

Mine has - Old Town building. Pool opens this weekend, but residents only. For those of us that live alone, that doesn’t help.

Mine is similar but I’m hoping it’ll be a good time to actually get to know and make friends with people in the building. I also live alone and see your point but also don’t think it would be fair to allow guests when capacity is already restricted

like

Pool and rooftop are open with some capacity restrictions. I’ve heard of some buildings using sign up sheets for two hour time slots.

No pool

rooftop open with limited capacity, but pool and gym not open

River North, pool not filled yet, not allowing guests, but limited access for residents. Gym not open yet either.

Pool not open but rooftop dining areas open with limited capacity. Gym opens Friday 🙌

No pool or gym yet

West loop, pool deck open-not sure about pool, outdoor fitness cardio circuit for now on pool deck. I don’t see why all of the amenities can’t open with restrictions and only for residents.

Working out builds immunity!

River north. Pool opening Friday. No guests and restricted capacity even to residents

Pros and cons to living in a community! Stay safe please and social distance...

South Loop. Pool, spa, sauna and gym still closed.

I had an apartment showing at a studio on lasalle last weekend and their pool was open

Only a mom and daughter were there though😅 everyone was prob still too nervous to go

Gold Coast - pool open but gym still closed

Pool and gym open. Have to reserve a time slot, capacity is severely limited.

South loop pool open, gym closed. Residents only and limited max capacity--there have been only 2-3 people sunbathing and we were the only ones actually in the pool
