Do we negotiate again on CTC once we accept salary breakup?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?

I used to have açaí bowls for breakfast while traveling because of per diem. Now that I’m bracing to be WFH for the long run, I want to start making nicer breakfasts to make me happier. Where are the best places to get açaí? Not the powder, the frozen packets

If we don't have any club, then we should create one. I can volunteer in preparing one.
Its good to see that Deloitte focuses a lot on Well-being. So, we can write to higher authorities to have a club!!

Do you still write thank you emails after interviews? A lot of the roles I interview for these days are coordinated by recruiters so I don’t see the interviewers emails

Anyone know the salary bands for a Deloitte Consulting FS senior Manager in Phoenix?

Am I the only one that feels like we should have our student loans forgiven? (And I used to be adamantly opposed to ANY student loan forgiveness)
Our salaries continue to DECREASE as cost of living increases (not just “no raises”…decrease!…I realize I’m preaching to the choir haha). I can barely (and by “barely” I mean “can’t” TBH) make bills, pay for kids activities, etc (also a single mom of 3, for more context) LET ALONE pay my loans…
How do we start that movement?…

Is it ok to work for 5.5L annual package with 3 years of ITSM experience.

For the CFE, did you do anything in addition to the ACFE prep course? The course is just practice questions, so I’m wondering where I can actually learn the information first before that.
