Standard bonus - I’m at a midsize firm (30 attys) with a 1920 billing requirement and no information on bonus structure. I will bill around 2300 for the year and have no idea what to expect for a bonus, if any. Would some of y’all mind sharing typical bonus structures?

Thoughts on Air Europa? Looking at a flight that would use KLM to get from the US to Europe then Air Europa for a 2hr flight to my destination. Hello guys, any suggestions regarding running shoes and flat feet? I have regular Nike running shoes but my arch area gets strained and then I have to give 1-2 days rest in between running/walking.
