Hey fam,
Any advice on what and how to prepare for the final loop interview for a PM position for Amazon.
I have prepared 2-3 stories for each of the LPs. I am not sure how many rounds of interviews to expect and the type of questions.
I know the BR is going to be behavioral, but the others will they be Behavioral or product based or a mix of both? If some one has gone through the experience, can you please share what it was like. TIA! 🙏

I am looking for two new teachers (0-5 years) who would be interested in participating in a study I am doing as a Doctoral Candidate at Baylor. The study looks to understand the experiences women working in the field of education have had that triggered shame and explore their resilience. If you are interested, click the link below to get started: bit.ly/ShameResilienceStudy
If you have any questions feel free to email me at stephanie_asselin1@baylor.edu.

We have a GT program. Each grade in our district 2-5 has a cluster teacher. We have a GT specialist who puts on staff development days for us cluster teachers to get extra training and ideas 3-4 times during the year. We develop ways to differentiate the curriculum to be at a higher level and more engaging for these students. We also have what is called WIN ( What I Need) time during the day. It’s a half hour of instructional time devoted to the level of our students. This is when I teach higher level reading and do literature circles along with Socratic seminar. We did a session where we looked at the learning styles of students and planned lessons using these ideas.
We have gifted students, but no program in place. We are completing our second year open. There is talk of creating programs K-12, currently they only have honors English in the high school. The building I'm in is K-8 with a lot of IEPs and 504 plans. There are students that are twice exceptional that could be on a WEP as well as their current plan. I'm licensed in K-12 Gifted Intervention and Reading. There are many creative ways to serve these students once an official program is put in place, but then everything has to be reported to the state for their yearly growth. Every state has different rules. Our school mostly just uses honors English with book projects at the high school level.
