Maybe a culture sign that has a slogan about how everyone is there for everyone. Make everyone sign it… maybe do townhalls to give updates and promote the culture!

uplifting

ASK everyone to sign it

Once you realize dealing with people is not a simple thing you may feel what's going on. Never ask people to sign anything unless you are looking for trouble.

I hear you but at the same time, it’s not like they are signing a contract, right? I see this specific example as signing to show awareness and to pledg effort towards the mission.

I know at my old job they started the day with a mindful meditation on the overhead speaker….. Looking for ideas similar to this to promote calm and connection in the workplace

Any on can recommend someone over 55 who has 25 yes cleaning experience and some landscaping experience

You might be in the wrong bowl, friend!

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.
