Do you like your coworkers? I love my job and how much I have to apply myself every day, but if there's one thing I really wish were different, it'd be who I get to surround myself with. What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?
