An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Not sure how to proceed with this request. Any tips or insights would be highly appreciated.

Does anybody know why the APG is charging $20 for a virtual event about a salary survey that respondents provided for free? Is working at Goldman Sachs worth it? I’ve heard there’s no WLB and I’m hesitant on taking an offer. The pay increase is great about 20k more then I’m making but not worth sacrificing my mental health, time, driving distance and schedule if it will be too demanding in the HCM department. I’m also worried because I’m fresh out of school and though I know I have a good background (bachelors) I know I’m not as qualified as others that have worked there. I’m worried they just need people.
