level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

My thinking is, it's better to apply when they post the job and they will review resumes when they get to them. I don't really think there's a huge difference between being the first applicant and being the 500th. They all get reviewed the same. I'd rather do it now than scramble in the new year and maybe miss some opportunities.

Helpful, thank you! That’s where I was leaning too, but good to have the validation
Keep applying as they come up

Thank you!
Same! I'm having the same exact thoughts.
Yes. Why do you ask?
I’d send them early and you will be first in line when they are refreshed and ready to dive back into the search
Basically it’s best to apply for remote control positions

As someone whose work anniversary is in December, the interviews were in November and it was a position that had to be filled by end of year. Everyone is on reset right now. So it’s a good time to review your game plan. Applying during the holidays doesn’t always put you on the top of the review pile. It could put you through the automated filtering process first.

Super helpful, thank you!
As a small tactical reason to always apply when you see it, there’s a chance it can be taken down at any moment or closed when they get enough applicants whether they’re all qualified or not. I missed the window on 2-3 recently that I took too long to think about it
