Does anyone else work in an environment where you’re basically forced to perform happiness while the ship is sinking? Our department started these mandatory fun meetings where we have to share a personal win and a work win every single morning. If you don't sound enthusiastic enough, our VP pulls you aside to talk about your negative energy and how it affects the team. It’s so fake and cult-like, especially since we’re all incredibly overworked and understaffed.

I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here.
