Does anyone know how long it takes to have HR round after tech and manager round in BNP Paribas? I got a good feedback in both the rounds. Manager said I’ll be getting a call from HR and asked me about my current CTC, expected CTC, where I’m staying etc. It’s been 5 days but haven’t received any call yet.

History of my firm: small (7 employees, two interns), was a single CPA show for 20 years. Cont.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.
