Does Anyone know recent layoff happened in globant? they fired around 12 employees on 26th Feb 2025, same day they are taking call and telling employees to put resign and take last working day on same day itself.

Our India head keep saying that we dont believe in fire policy and thats why appraisal happens late. But in actual this is just an excuse they are keep people fire on the same day.

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!
