Does anyone know the law regarding overtime pay for healthcare providers?


I heard somewhere that the laws regarding time and a half pay do not count for healthcare workers that are on salary. I am unsure if its accurate. I don’t know if it is due to being on salary, or being a healthcare provider. I know that if someone has a purely hourly role, they get time and a half pay if they are not a healthcare provider.

Does an hourly healthcare provider also get time and a half for overtime?
