Their sizing is all over the place for me.... I’m generally a 4 at other companies and anywhere from a 2 through an 8 at lululemon depending on the item

I think this has to do with the fabrics, I read somewhere you size down for align, TTS for wunder under and size up for the compression/running fabrics. No idea about accuracy though on this haha

If you look at the sizing chart I do think it runs small — I’m a 27in and that’s usually a 4, at lulu it’s a 6.

I also think their sizing is all over the place. I’m a 4 in most brands and take a 4 in their leggings and a lot of their tanks, but I get an 8 in some of their shorts and the swift tech tees and sometimes a 6🤷🏼‍♀️

Varies depending on material. Reviews are typically very helpful with Sizing. Sizing will be consistent amount the line - for instance i size down in align leggings, shorts, tops. But often need to size up in other materials.

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I want the title and the money owed which may be about $15000- 20000.
