Does your firm block AI/GPT sites and apps or allow them?

Curious as to the various policies at larger firms. Im at a very small firm and we let everyone use whatever they want. I heard larger firms - particularly Big4 block everything at the firewall. Even tools like Grammerly trigger security alerts.

Apparently folks use personal iPads and phones for AI during the day. Is this true?
