Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?
Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

My husband is in the military so yeah, we relocate every 3 years due to his job. This last move was a big move oversees but it ended up being the best move for my career with the new experiences and job opportunity I was able to relocate to with my company.
One of the silver linings of Covid is that remote work has become normalized and I know many people who have been able to transfer with their company and keep their role just in a remote status. Definitely is worth talking to your current company if you like them to see if they will keep you on, if not you just do what you can to find a new job where you move.
When I met my husband he was leaving the state a few months later. I was able to find a job that allowed me to work remotely for a month before moving, the transition was easy (this was in 2014).
