During our daily team discussion last week, we explored the idea of everyone having a universal basic income. Some colleagues believed it could give people the freedom to pursue roles that align with their passions rather than just paychecks. Others argued it might reduce motivation in the workplace. I get both points. I know it woupd actually really impact the economy but without thinking too deeply what are your thoughts?
