Hello! Excited to be part of this group and I need assistance for salary negotiation with Amazon. I am currently in the last round of interview for Sr. Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Services (3P Marquee Accounts) and Id like to know real world compensations cases before I re-state my range or start the negotiation process with AMZ. Anyone with insight on this roll and pay?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.
