I recently got offer from TCS for 10 LPA and my current CTC is 7LPA with 2.5 years of experience. Am I being underpaid here?

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

What practices and guidelines are you currently putting in place to maintain and/or grow your firm? How are you managing employee and partner expectations?
