The former company had me perform 3 hr Saturdays 8 times a year. Without time in lieu. I'm quite sure at the end I got the pay back for that time in lieu. I'll check it in the payslip.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. I was selected by DI and got a confirmation call from teh HR discussing the CTC and other details. But she has not shared offer letter and has given no update since past 3-4 working days. What's up with this ghosting and what does it even mean?

So I have family situation I've been dealing with and yesterday at a company function outside the office, my supervisor brought it up in front of a bunch of people. First of all highly inappropriate, but also it's nobody's business. She's made comments before outside of work about how her boss is gay, blah blah blah. I'm just at a loss. Should I report it to HR? And if I do, how do I do it without it being known that it came from me??

Suggested the same to my manager in my new job and he is keen to explore an outsourced model. Are there any companies who do this - creating, formatting, polishing PowerPoint presentations?
