Orrick has a good international employment practice group. They even handle immigration and global mobility. They are kind of a one stop shop for all global employment matters. Partner I’ve heard of is Laura Becking, and associate is Brianna Pomatico.
But they’re rates are way higher than Littler for international employment (speaking from experience)

Interested in this as well. We use Littler as well, but it’s so hit and miss.
Rising Star
Same feeling. I’ve not been consistently impressed by the quality of their advice.
I would be leery of Morgan Lewis, we have had issues with responsiveness and quality of work. We use Littler for our labor work and quite a few firms on the employment work.
We use Baker throughout Europe. They have pretty good coverage. Rates are decent. Attorneys have very responsive and practical.
It's not the firm, it's the partner that you have the relationship with that will be your advisor. Every firm has great attorneys - get some names and start using them - you'll find someone who really clicks with your and your company's risk appetite, etc. I use Wilmer in Germany (Golo W.), AZB in India (Veena G.), Lewis Silkin in UK (Hannah P.), can't remember the firm I used for AUS.
