I’ve been there, and it definitely stings. Seeing your idea take off without recognition is so disheartening. You’re not wrong for feeling this way but sometimes there's not much you can do about it. If you have a good relationship with your manager, you can try speaking up or documenting it for future credit. You deserve to be part of the process, not sidelined from your own contribution.

It’s tough to see something you put effort into come to life without credit or involvement. Bring it up professionally with the team or your manager. Sometimes people just get caught up in the hustle and forget to loop you in, but addressing it might lead to better collaboration next time. You deserve recognition for your contributions!

Yes, sometimes that happens with juniors unfortunately :(. I’ve seen it happen with other teams usually if the timelines are TIGHT, if the clients are difficult, or the team is very very new. Sometimes it’s all of the above. I’m obviously unaware of your exact situation but try to take it as a learning. Put it in your book. Talk to your CD about what to do next time and how you can ensure you’re more involved.
Yes the team is new + timeline was fairly tight. My idea was given to another peer on my level to execute.. that was what was most disheartening.
Get in the game kid. Doesn't stop you from booking it. I dealt with at every level and have come to the decision that if you want your name on stuff it's the wrong business for you. Bring it up and an ECD or CCO will lose their shit and retaliate
