EY HR is not responding on the call nor there is any mail directly from him. I wanted to have salary discussion as I have an offer frm another company.
How to proceed now? Is there any way we can connect to HR?

The HR who scheduled interview and did HR round are different.

Has anyone ever successful negotiated there salary with the federal government. I have tried twice and both times was cited a HR policy saying my specific circumstance did not allow negotiation. Just wondering if it’s even possible

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
