These may be soooo ten years ago but I’ve been wearing them ever since and still get compliments from people in my large firm (just saying because they tend to be judgier that most). AGL ballet flats. I get the nude leather with black toe. They last years (even when worn daily), have good support, are comfortable (even if you commute on foot), and transition perfectly from courthouse to office to date night. They are expensive. But I bought my first pair as a broke law student, wore them every day, and didn’t have to replace them for many years.

I've never of that brand but I just found the site - super cute! I have never regretted spending more for shoes made in Italy - they really are superior, IMHO.

As a fashion girlie (and SA, so I get your budget might be different):

- Chanel flats and slingbacks - my most worn shoes. Cost per wear is worth it. Slingback heels, too.
- Larroude blair
- Chloe
- most Loeffler Randall (YMMV depending on your market)
- Sam Edelman makes great fun shoes
- Tory burch cap toe (millers aren’t comfy to me)
- just found the cutest Ann mashburn
- love the ferragamo patent (but don’t personally have a pair)

Also your mileage in loafers will be great - recommend Golden Goose, TB, Gucci and Chanel

I feel like rothys just aren’t as polished but everyone loves them. That said, the slingback has caught my eye…

My current CTC is 8.71 LPA and overall experience is 4.9 years. I have an offer of 14.5 LPA. I am currently giving interview in HCL. How much should I ask from them? Does HCL have variable component and how much they pay of that?

Why do partners feel the need to speak when they obviously have very superficial knowledge about the topic?
