Is a unique tax number (UTR) required to freelance in the UK? I have a T2 work visa and a residence permit as well as a local bank account. I may have some freelance lined up but don’t have my UTR yet because I’ve only been in the country since February and haven’t had to file taxes yet. Will the agency ask for one?

Confused if parents want schools to reopen or not? I read so many posts here about how difficult it is to work full time and manage kids’ at-home schooling (I can’t even imagine!) so would assume that means parents want to reopen, but at the same time keep seeing a ton of backlash from parents in states who are pushing to reopen due to safety reasons. Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
