My current CTC is 8.71 LPA and overall experience is 4.9 years. I have an offer of 14.5 LPA. I am currently giving interview in HCL. How much should I ask from them? Does HCL have variable component and how much they pay of that?

I am looking for a balanced work life and job security so want to get in there.

What’s the realistic salary expectations post-pandemic for an experiential producer with 5+ years of experience and 8+ years of managerial experience (in multiple fields)?? Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?
