Activated international roaming and took it with me. I have a postpaid plan of Rs.450 per month in Airtel which allows me to receive incoming sms for OTPs….I have turned off mobile data and don’t pick any calls…allows me to manage India payments and bills myself from here…

No need to keep international roaming on. Switch to Airtel and get a yearly plan so you don't have to worry about recharge. You'll get OTPs.

Agree with M2. You don't need IR for OTPs, just do your normal monthly recharges so that the number remains active.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.

So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?

I work for a specialized group in my litigation group and have had a wonderful experience and really respect and appreciate my boss, the co-chair of this specialized group. I’ve now accepted the opportunity to take over my parents business and plan to leave practice this summer. How do I even start this conversation with him? Ive got an offer frm a company offering me 7LPA(micro company) nd the joining's on next monday.
My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.
Dnno about the offer ill get just yet.

You think its a good idea to join the micro company for 2 months and then leave to join the bigger one?
