Anyhow here is what it goes:

BT track has 2 verticals:
Consulting(BTS)- 5 level after A heirarchy: Associate, AC, C, M, AP, P (similar to conventional system)

EC: 7 level after A heirarchy role names given from A&E subtrack : Associate (same as consulting), senior software engineer, Lead Software Engineer, something something, architect, something something, director, executive director (last two being similar to AP and P)

A&E (part of EC) was created to be more aligned in job role and terminologies with software industry, hence roles have names like senior software engineer, lead and architect..

What has ended up happening is that while BTS stays at par with consulting industry and BO/DA track the A&E got push with the tech industry (which grew more in last 2.5 years) and hence now the pay scale of A&E track has gone beyond BTS in most cases.
As an example you would be getting pay of a half level above your parallel in BTS..

Technology EC has 5 sub tracks:

Architecture and Engineering (A&E mentioned above)
TQA testing and quality assurance
Program management (this one has just 3-4 levels and not 8)
UX user experience
TDEC I think it’s technology delivery expertise centre but I am not sure..

Average hike- very difficult to say that, people get from 8% to 30%. So median might be 15
