I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

Will they give me exp letter?

Can I parallelly work in a subcontract of another start-up while working full-time for Capgemini?

Is this a breach of my agreements/compliances with Capgemini?

If I do so, will Capgemini ever get to know about that subcontract that I'm working for? If YES, how?
