I’m looking to be involved with a pre-seed, seed, series A or series B startup that provide remote work, good benefits and a decent salary.

I am an MBA and my prospects are the following: Analyst Advisory position at Deloitte or Senior Consultant at a boutique mid-market firm.
Would appreciate any advice or insight I can get which one I should lean more towards and why (growth, career trajectory, learning opportunity)

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

My client is too small to have an HRIS or electronic document storage/collection. Thinking of using a shared Google Drive but worry about how confidential/locked down that will be.
