I want to earn good money without compromising on WLB.
This is my profile

1 year at PwC as Consultant 1
MBA (Finance) grad Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Client Issues, Jira for bug reports and tracking team activities, etc.
Any companies that anyone can suggest? Any other skills that I should pick up? Current base pay is 10 LPA. I feel a bit underpaid.

Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Vacation, all I ever wanted. Vacation, had to get away.

Ah! The Go-Go’s!
Take at least two weeks off. It usually takes me a week just to decompress before I can think about anything other than work.
Also, don't cut yourself short on the vacation. Do something memorable and fun. Spend the money and really enjoy yourself.
That's a big reason why (I think) I have been able to keep up the 2400/year pace for years while still enjoying my job.

Vacation - or at least a long weekend relaxing getaway. I also do massages at least once a month. Exercise every day.

I go to Massage Envy. There are 3 locations of my apartment within like 10 miles. I tried a bunch of different massage therapists and now go to a select two or three that I find to be excellent. My man Steven does me right. I still treat myself to massages at higher-end establishments when I go on vacation or for special occasions though (did 3 days at a spa in august)

That’s what, 2500 per year? Back when I was in big law at my first firm, the top tier bonus was at 2450. I don’t know what your firm culture is, but once you make your hours, go on a long vacation. That’s what we always did—depending on how your bonus structure works.
