I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. I am working as a QAE 1 in Amazon. Current CTC (12.5 LPA base + 3.5LPA bonus) I will get promoted to QAE 2 in Amazon in a year.. I got offer from microsoft for Testing consultant role and the CTC for it is 21LPA. Should I join Microsoft or just stay in Amazon?
