Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?
I quit today :)

What firm? Depends if the firm you are with generally promotes after A2 or if a third year is normal.
Isn’t that the standard progression?
Every B4 except PWC which is 3 yrs standard
Depends on the firm. B4 usually yes. Mid size or smaller firms it can take upto 3 years as staff to become senior
PwC is usually 3 years as associate.
Se just had the senior and associates evaluation. No more then 10% will stay another year as A2
