Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

About 3 months in, we swapped to a new system, so monthly stats haven’t been accounted for for bonuses (as promised), they noted that they could not give out a bonus to everyone for the recent holiday (as they usually do), but they provided 2% bonuses to those who were employed w. The agency before May ‘22, and I did not receive a default sign-on bonus because I was “considered an employee of the agency as an intern” (was not told this until after I was hired). In many ways I feel tricked, but others around me are saying this is typical within the field (from ppl within the agency). I would like an outside perspective on this, from those within the field but outside of my agency. Is this normal? Sorry for the long post!
Yes, venting can be seen as tolerance and complaining and don’t motivate change. Boundaries state what YOU will do or not do in response to their decisions and behavior.
I can see where you're coming from...it's definitely not normal and if you're feeling this way, trust me, it won't get better. Have you tried searching for other roles?
I haven’t since I’m still able to manage things right now and the agency offers amazing training opportunities that I want to take part in.
