Tomorrow was my joining date Cognizant .but today just now means in evening 7 pm hr dropped mail that they changed my date of joining by 20 Oct. Now i am trying to call hr but she is not receiving phone.
Will that be any problem. Is same happened with anyone else here.

A&M is the best option. Alix maybe. ACN run for the hills.
I would not recommend Alix for tech roles (see earlier threads in this bowl). First, tech in Alix terms is IT function cost takeout, and may be occasional interim tech exec services. If cost cutting is your jam, then go for it. If they tell you anything about “we do AI, and we have a Chief AI officer” - it’s a guy with power points, talking about customer lifecycle value. It’s really not a technology forward company at all. And if you come as tech leader, you will be doing it all alone as an individual contributor. The culture is very legacy focused, they are intimated by outside talent. Honestly, if you are pushing 60 and want to retire - may be it’s an ok gig. If you are thinking career growth, it’s def not the place.
ACN is a behemoth and its hard to get the support you need when you're new. Alix I don't know much about. A&M is booming and they're doing very well especially with PE/PC firms.
Recently joined A&M and have experience at Big4 and boutique. Was also recruited by ACN and passed. Happy to share thoughts if you want to DM
There have been quite a few posts recently on Accenture. A couple of takeaways I heard were: very hard to integrate as a direct admit; the comp sounds good but bonus have been little to none

Of the 3, Alix seems best by reputation but I’m not sure how much “tech” there is at AP.
A&M rewards rainmakers and will really require you to bring a book, from my conversations with them in the past. I’m not sure what tech they would do since they primarily do cost optimizations and consulting work in that realm.
ACN has been covered at length.
Alix is similar in that way but those who left Alix for A&M seem to have a better career satisfaction.

Would highly recommend A&M if you like high growth and ability to build ground up. Global reach and scaling. M&A and Ops Consulting are strengths and great anchors to feed Tech growth.
