CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.

Good Day! I have got offer from HCL Technologies
My YOE is 3 years(Tech stack- Oracle DBA) and CTC I got is 10 LPA gross.
Will it be worth joining hcl at this PKG considering I am switching from TCS. Or should I take retention offer of 8.5 LPA.
Please give your advice.

I’m currently an LLC and looking to assemble an equity deal with an advisor. I don’t know how to set it up with him where he gets his equity in the future when we restructure the entity to a c/s Corp and give out his shares. It doesn’t make sense for us to switch now and get double taxed when we haven’t lifted off the ground. This is pre launch. Any advice?

In the past I’ve wrongly thought that forgiveness brings restoration of relationships. But reconciliation requires everyone involved to respond -which is beyond our control. Hi Folks,

I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.

Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?
