I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Pros
1) Good work life balance depending upon the project.
2) No layoffs even though many people are on bench.
3) No micro monitoring.
Cons
1) Very less project opportunities. large no. of resources are on bench.
2) Developer is assigned Automation Testing role. Automation tester is given more of manual testing work.
3) Since it's healthcare domain, there are many mandatory trainings to be done and tests to be given every now and then.
4) No separate section like sick leave, bereavement leave, etc. The concept of optional holiday is pathetic.
5) Typical service based company with less projects, more resources.
Advice
1) The manager's in talent pool/bench need to understand that there are freshers as well as laterals on bench. So stop behaving like school teacher, giving long lectures for hours during daily standup. Nobody is interested to hear. Please grow up.
2) Approaching HR is very difficult. very busy people. either they don't reply or tell us to connect with someone else.
Your PROS are totally dependent on project.
I personally know multiple projects where WLB is pathetic, and where folks are being micromanaged, where the higher management is totally unsupportive and where leads behave like complete as*holes.
It depends on team, I had the best WLB of my life in evicore a few years back
