I was not offered this impact thing in my offer letter is it only for freshers ?

Iqvia HR has shared the offer letter over email which consists the salary breakup and a confidential document.
Should i still wait for the workday portal offer letter before start having a discussion with my current manager about resignation?
How long the workday portal offer letter takes once I accepted the offer letter over email?

I have got 2 offers
1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?
