Got an offer from coforge 48lpa , experience 15 years.
Is it good salary or can I negotiate better considering there will be no hike?

How is work life balance , technical learning and overall experience.
Please share , it will help to make my decision.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
