Everyone on this app will tell you “yeah f-‘em they wouldn’t give you notice for a layoff.” While that’s true, the professional thing to do is extend the notice however long your PTO is. It’s a small industry and how you leave will impact how people remember you.
Not wrong, but just the act of leaving an organization tends to make them bitter towards you now of days. I gave six weeks notice at my last job and that still managed to burn bridges with my former employer.
Ask your manager what he/she wants. They may not care. They may need them help. Put the ball in their court - definitely doesn’t burn a bridge.

Depends how fast you want to get out of your current agency.
I gave my notice on December 10, 2021 and wanted my last day to be December 31, so I wouldn’t have another W2 for 2022. They asked me to leave by December 17. We had holiday PTO overlapping on certain days, but guess I wasn’t worth it anymore to the agency. Do with that what you will.
