Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte
Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

I have found the talk on US bowls to be very far removed from what you can do in the UK. I'm a manager (ignore fb title) looking to exit and have only received offers around parity to my current salary
I'm not at what FB would define as a T2 but comp is in line with T2
Most roles i received were slightly higher, in most cases pay parity or some even expected me to take a cut. I am at T2, wondering if thats the case at MBB as well.
M here. I think the market is much weaker than the US. As C1 says, I’ve only found parity for pay
Exited from Senior level to PM industry side, +50% base salary when I made the move, but had previous tech and PM experience
What did you salary go from and to? Senior level being what?
Exited to Tech, parity comp
The most common way I’ve seen colleagues get the big jump is usually by moving to director level positions at scaling start-ups or smaller localised businesses.
What would you define as a big jump here?
