Got an offer from GoDaddy! I’m currently working at Cisco, earning 22 LPA with no stocks or RSUs. GoDaddy has offered a 42 LPA CTC package — 28 LPA base, 40K RSUs, and 14K refresher stocks. The role is remote, in their Scalability team.
I’m a bit concerned about GoDaddy’s long-term potential, especially with the growing influence of AI in the industry. Would appreciate honest opinions — should I take the offer or stay with Cisco?

My YOE is 4.3 and ctc is 13 lpa. I am currently nominated for H1B 2023 and my petition is pending with USCIS for approval after lottery. I have heard H1B process could take months to complete.
