Run away. I’m just spitting out the truth. Silent layoffs if you can’t find a project in 2 months or released from a project (huge expectations from clients due to high billing, they frequently release people from projects who can’t be their slave!),12+ hrs work is bare minimum expectation (people in my project puts 14+ hours and extremely burnt out), no hike in three years and very likely to continue so, useless and pathetic managers who just pressurise and micromanage you to show off to their boss as they don’t do anything else but keep blabbering AI and trending stuffs without doing anything meaningful.

I’ve seen a lot of recruiters recently trying to hire for advisory consulting firms that claim they do the work that Big 4 can’t because of independence issues. I am about to finish a 6 month bootcamp and I am a single mum.
