Guys I need help ,I gave an interview in hcl at the time hr called me I told my notice period is 60 days and in hr round , hr ask my notice period and I told its 90 days she told she will only proceed if you promise to join in 60 days and send mail to upload all doc in ion portal.

I join this project on 10th apr project but still manager is not giving me early release when I talked with him last friday, saying I'm very valuable resource for him. I need help to how to not get hcl offer revoked.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
