What jobs will allow me to work the least hours while keeping my consulting salary?

I was happy with my work until April when my supervisor asked me to take over the supervisory responsibilities. Out of empathy, I decided to help my supervisor and took responsibility and now I regret for that. I begged to my managers for delegating the tasks but their tone changed. Now, I want to resign by showing a better offer but I want to be retained if they initiate on-site, match salary and take back the recently assigned responsibilities. What are the chances for fulfilling my demands?

Hey everyone! Wanted some advice - got an offer from a big ad agency for a Planning Manager role. Base salary is $90K (more than satisfactory, I have 2.5-3 years of total agency exp), but their PTO is severely lacking especially compared to my unlimited PTO benefit at my current job - they offered 10 actual PTO days, which are even prorated since it's mid-year. Assuming their PTO allowance is negotiable, any advice for how to handle the email follow-up to the written offer/how much to ask for?

Would you leave for another offer if it was only a financial benefit? (15% salary bump and 10% higher performance bonus per year). Been wanting to move, but everything but pay is better at my current company. Team, benefits, WLB all better for me now.
