Had my final F2F interview at Barclays Pune on 22 June after two technical rounds. Haven't received any update yet, and HR isn't responding. If selected, do they usually call first or directly send the document upload email? How long did it take for you to hear back after the final round?

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?
