I’m a WMCA that has been with Merrill 2 1/2 years and my current team 2 years and have never had a raise despite positive annual reviews. Fully paid by FA’s. Is this normal?

Quarterly, I have a performance review call with my Market Executive and until today never heard anything negative… my growth is slower than I’d like and definitely I’m sure that’s why, but today he said last time “they” wanted to give me a letter of education and he talked “them” out of it. First of all, who is “they” / “them” and what would the letter of education be for? Any thoughts?
