Yep. Missed, late, early, you name it. Extra fun when actively trying to get pregnant, so there was the hope and disappointment roller coaster ride.
Yes, this, so hard to experience.
The last time that happened to me, I was pregnant with my first, but didn't know it. Worth a check.

OP - I was working til 2am daily the month I conceived one of my kids. In fact, my husband was even momentarily concerned because I'd been around so little. It really only does take once.
Yep. Law school finals, bar exam, heavy workload. Either miss it or it becomes extremely light
Yes. More times than I’d like to admit.
Yes all the time. My cycle during some time I took off was regularly 28-30 days. At my prior firm, it would bounce around 26 and up to 40 days, with several months being over 35. It was terrible and I knew it was a problem. Now that I’ve started my new job, I noticed it’s gotten a bit longer again but it’s only been two months so I’ll see how that goes. —- I’ve never fully missed, but definitely had longer cycles.
I'm hoping this is just what it is. Last year when I started a different exercise routine I was late by a few days but I kind of expected that to happen

I have never had clockwork cycles, but mine definitely have gotten heavy AF due to stress. At my old job I'd bleed through products within 2 hours. Worth taking a test, too, though. Just to be sure.
Happened to me, was just stressed during a trial not pregnant. When it came it came with a VENGEANCE though - it sucked
When you are stressed, does your diet change? When I drop my protein intake, my period does not happen. If you tend to snack more/not do full meals when you are busy, that could be a reason. Not sure if this is universal, but it’s true for me - you could snack on things like nuts instead of chips (my biggest vice!) and see if that helps.
Thank you. I do aim for high protein meals/track my nutrition to maximize protein but my overall calories are definitely down from skipping meals so I'm sure that is not helping
Yup, during boot camp. The medical staff warned us all it was likely to happen, they were right.
That sounds so intense!
For me, stress has been more likely to impact me in that way when my health wasn’t in order as well. When I was overweight, I was more likely to be irregular with my periods like that.
Yes during trial straight up skipped a period. Got back and hair stylist told me I was getting bangs because the front section of my hair had completely died
Aww man I hope your hair recovered. I'm keeping an eye on that too
Thanks everyone. Truly appreciate the responses here to calm me down a little
Also please listen to your body and try to give yourself some time and grace. We have all been there with the crazy hours and can commiserate with you!
