Has anyone faced this? I cleared the L1 round at LTM and have been waiting for the L2 interview for almost a month. HR initially said it would be scheduled, but I haven't received any communication, and follow-ups aren't getting much response. Is this normal, or should I assume the process is on hold?

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.
