Has anyone here gone into customer success? I see so many customer success manager positions posted at various companies... I know many people hate on customer success, but the pay seems pretty good and it's sales adjacent.
Does anyone have a positive experience to share about being a CSM at a big tech company like ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce...?
Due to my less technical background, i qualify more for CSM roles than I do for pre-sale solution engineer roles.
